We are looking for a receptionist with strong English communication skills to help ensure the smooth flow of daily office operations and assist with various administrative tasks. This is an Evening shift position.
Lumina Technologies (Private) Limited is a leading provider of BPO, call center operations, e-commerce solutions, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages)
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews, and manage the calendar efficiently.
· Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
· Update and report records of daily visits, couriers, and related activities.
· Respond to general inquiries via email and phone
Requirements:
· Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Prior experience as a receptionist in a BPO, call center, eCommerce, or tech environment is preferred.
Location: G-8, Islamabad
