The role involves managing IT infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity, troubleshooting issues, and supporting 40–45 users for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Network Support: Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity for voice calling (with/without VPN).
-Server Management: Set up and manage servers for user monitoring and browsing control.
-Switches & Router Configuration: Hands-on expertise with Mikrotik routers, Cisco & D-Link switches.
-Internet Management: Coordinate with ISPs (Nayatel & Multinet) for stable operations.
-Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
-System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain systems, servers, and network devices.
-Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to RAM, SSD, PSU, etc.
-Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems quickly to minimize downtime.
-Inventory Management: Maintain IT equipment records and logs.
-Other Duties: Perform additional IT-related tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in IT & network management within a BPO/Call Center.
Technical Skills:
Server configuration & user monitoring
Network troubleshooting
Router & switch management (Mikrotik, Cisco, D-Link)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Preference: Prior BPO/Call Center experience is highly desirable.
